Todd is the founder and president of Reppert Capital Partners, a family-owned investment firm focused on equity investments in smaller, private companies in the United States. He previously was a co-founder of Main Street Capital Corp (NYSE:MAIN), a publicly traded principal investment firm that provides long-term debt and equity to lower middle market and larger middle market companies. Main Street currently has capital under management of over $6.0 billion. Todd held numerous executive positions within Main Street, including president and vice chairman, and was a member of the Main Street Investment Committee, Credit Committee, and Board of Directors.
Todd also served as a member of the Board of Directors, and chairman of the Audit Committee, for Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (NYSE:CGX) prior to its sale to a strategic buyer in January 2014. In addition, Todd has served on over 30 private company boards, several bank boards, private equity advisory boards, and numerous not-for-profit boards in various roles ranging from chairman and chair of the Executive Committee. Todd is currently a member of the Board of Regents at Baylor University, and was a member of the Baylor Endowment Investment Committee from 2015- 2024, including serving as chair from 2019-2024. Todd is also a member of the Baylor College of Medicine Board of Trustees, currently serving as the chair of the Commercialization sub-committee.
Todd received a BBA in accounting in 1991 from Baylor University and is a certified public accountant in Texas.
Stuart is a Director with Reppert Capital where he is responsible for screening and underwriting new investments as well as coordinating portfolio company growth initiatives via operational and financial strategies. Prior to Reppert Capital, Stuart was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the firm’s Atlanta and Houston offices. While at PwC, Stuart advised middle-market private equity firms and multi-national corporations on a broad array of M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, reorganizations, divestitures, and spin-offs.
Stuart graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy. Stuart also received his M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Jones School at Rice University. He is a certified public accountant in Texas.
